When a target posting exists, we read the resume and posting before detailed questions.
Do I need a specific job posting?
No. Professional Resume can be built for a specific posting, a general field or role family, or a broad general resume goal. A posting is required only when the purchased service depends on a defined employer or announcement, such as DoD / Federal Resume, Career Attack Package, or Interview Preparation.
Will you invent or exaggerate experience?
No. We can strengthen supported wording, clarify real authority, quantify real scope, and surface real accomplishments. We do not fabricate duties, metrics, dates, credentials, technologies, titles, clearance claims, or results.
Do you guarantee interviews or ATS results?
No. We do not guarantee interviews, referrals, qualification determinations, offers, salaries, hiring outcomes, or ATS ranking/scoring. ATS-compatible means the resume is designed for conventional text extraction and application workflows, not that every system will rank or accept it in a particular way.
